It looks soft, yet it is glass. The optical illusion of the 1970 Monofiori by VENINI is in its name: Balloton, the unique process that recreates the quilted effect on the surface. The work is handmade, blown in the characteristic metal mold and finished in the thin neck with a hot applied colored thread, which varies in color.
