سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns for change-of-mind provided the item is unworn, in original condition, with all original labels and the security tag still attached. For change-of-mind returns, the Buyer bears the return/pickup costs.
نقبل الإرجاع إذا غيّر العميل رأيه، بشرط أن تكون القطعة غير مُرتداة إطلاقاً، وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع العلامات الأصلية وبطاقة الأمان (Security Tag) مثبّتة. في حالات تغيير الرأي، يتحمّل المشتري تكاليف الإرجاع/الاستلام.
We accept returns if the Supplier sends wrong, incomplete, or faulty goods. Items must remain unused, with original packaging and labels, and the security tag attached.
نقبل الإرجاع إذا أرسل المورّد منتجات خاطئة أو ناقصة أو معيبة. يجب أن تبقى القطع غير مستخدمة، وبكامل التغليف والعلامات الأصلية وبطاقة الأمان مثبتة.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt and must include photo evidence supporting the reason (e.g., defect/wrong item/shortage).
يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام، مع إرفاق دليل (صور) يوضح سبب الطلب (مثل العيب/القطعة الخاطئة/النقص).
For faulty or wrong items, return costs are covered by the Supplier. For change-of-mind cases, return costs are covered by the Buyer.

To request a return, please message us on WhatsApp (+97 156 913 8022) so we can arrange collection from your address within the UAE. After the quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.لِتقديم طلب الإرجاع، يُرجى مراسلتنا عبر واتساب (+97 156 913 8022) لننسّق استلام المنتج من عنوانك داخل الإمارات. بعد فحص الجودة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال ٧–١٠ أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. الاستبدال خاضع لتوافر المخزون؛ وفي حال عدم توفر المقاس أو اللون المطلوب، سيتم إصدار استرجاع للمبلغ.
